In Studio Fittings

I am happy to have a personal visit and fitting for custom work. Custom-made clothing is, as the name suggests, made according to your own unique measurements, so you can be assured that the finished product will fit you like a glove. Unlike custom made shops, bespoke designers create new patterns based on your particular measurements. This makes your outfits truly one-of-a-kind designed just for you.

It is nice if you arrive prepared for the fitting. Please wear the correct undergarments and shoes you will be wearing with the garment I will be making. If you have anything you will be wearing with it, or fabrics you would like to incorporate, I would love to see them. 

Please bring your ideas such as pictures and drawings. I enjoy making and sharing Pinterest boards for ideas. Let's share ideas on how to make this item your favorite!

The estimate for custom work is  based on cost of materials, type of design and how many hours of labor to put in.  This includes pattern making, fitting, cutting, and the sewing process itself. Basic custom projects normally take a minimum of 6 hours. It can vary widely depending on fabric selection, style, and details.

An estimate of the full cost will be provided upfront and should be agreed upon before any work begins. Custom work requires a 50% downpayment on my quote to begin the project. Additional charges may apply if design is adjusted or added to mid-project. Final payment is due upon completion and delivery of your garment. 

Even if you are not local and cannot see me physically, we can do all of the above processes long distance. I am available on Google Hangouts for a video consultation.

if you are in the Greater Seattle Area, I can also do house calls for $30, which is applied toward the project if you move forward with it.
